Examples include numerous Los Angeles County Department of Health Services inpatient and ambulatory systems, Washington State Patrol Sexual Assault Kit Tracking system, and Maricopa County Attorney’s Victim Services System. Formerly with Deloitte and Booz Allen, Scott holds an MPA from the University of Washington and a BA from Beloit College.
