Our approach integrates:
- Change Management – Unlike project and IT management, change management does not yet have a single, widely accepted methodology. Our change management methodology combines best practices and research from Kotter, Bridges, Rogers, Kubler-Ross, Hiatt, Grenny, Maxfield, Shinberg, Dweck, Brown, McCarthy and others.
- Project Management – The Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK), the formal methodology of the Project Management Institute (PMI), defines a structured framework that focuses on management processes.
- Information Technology (IT) Management – The Software Engineering Body of Knowledge (SWEBOK), authored by the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE) that focuses on the IT product.
